Frequently asked Questions

How long will it take for me to receive my order? Plus

This depends on what you have ordered:

  • Rose pre-orders will make their way to you as soon as we have all the varieties you ordered. Different varieties are harvested at different times and harvest can be affected by weather conditions so we cannot give an exact date. As a general rule though, your roses should be ready between July and August. You can check the status of your order through the order page of your account and you'll get emails from us when the status of your order changes.
  • Other pre-orders are similar to rose pre-orders. You can check the status your order through your account and you'll get emails from us when the status of your order changes.
  • In-stock products are sent Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays to minimise their time in transit. In most cases your order will be shipped on the next sending day.
Do you have this variety in stock? Plus

If it's available to purchase through the website the stock should be up to date and you can check if a product is in or out of stock through the product page. We do not list every product we carry on the website, so if you're looking for something not listed please contact us.

Do you have more plants at the nursery? Plus

Yes! We're progressively working towards making everything available through the website so that you can see all that we offer, but we're not there yet and we have much more available.

How do I track the status of my order? Plus

You can check the status of your order through the order page of your account. You'll also receive emails from us when the status of your order changes.

How do I change my order’s shipping address? Plus

Shoot us a message  with your order number and the address and we'll change it for you. If there's any change to shipping cost we'll let you know.

Will my items come in one package? Plus

In most cases yes, but if you have ordered a mixture of bare rooted roses and other plants, the roses will usually be sent in one parcel and the rest will be sent in another.

Do you ship to my state/territory? Plus

We ship Australia-wide aside from WA and NT.

Do you ship outside Australia? Plus

Unfortunately no, we only ship within Australia at this time.
