Ordering Process

We take great care in preparing your plants to ensure they arrive in the best possible condition. Orders are packed and shipped promptly, with dispatch usually occurring on Mondays and Tuesdays to minimise time in transit.

Orders are processed in the order they are received.
We aim to dispatch most orders within 7 days, but this may vary based on seasonal demand. Pre-orders have their own time frames as noted on their product pages.
You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Information

We currently ship plants within Australia, excluding WA and NT. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order size and destination. See our Ordering & Shipping page for more info.

Delivery Details:

All plants are shipped via Australia Post.
Delivery times vary but are typically between 2-6 business days after dispatch.
We take care to package plants securely, but some minor movement during transit is normal.
