Dispatch

We process orders in the order we receive them and usually dispatch on Mondays and Tuesdays so plants spend as little time in transit over a weekend as possible. We aim to dispatch within 7 days, though this can vary in busy periods; pre-orders have their own time frames, shown on the product page. We'll email tracking details when your order ships.

Where we ship

We ship to Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia, the ACT and Tasmania. We can't send live plants to Western Australia, the Northern Territory or outside Australia.

Biosecurity rules mean some plants can't be sent to some states, and orders outside Victoria may need an inspection and certificate, which can add a little time. A $15 Biosecurity Tasmania fee is included in the shipping cost for Tasmanian orders.

What we ship

We ship plants in pots up to 200 mm, and bare-root plants in season. Plants taller than about 1 m can't go by Australia Post; these are marked on the product page and are available for collection or local delivery.

Rates and delivery

Shipping is calculated at checkout from your order and location. All parcels go by Australia Post and usually arrive 2–6 business days after dispatch. We pack plants securely, but some minor movement in transit is normal.

Collection and local delivery

You can collect your order from the nursery in Eganstown or choose local delivery at checkout. Please collect within 14 days of our message that your order is ready. See our Ordering & Shipping page for hours and local delivery rates.
