Ordering & Shipping

We offer an extensive range of roses and other plants, and you can order most of them online. Some plants are only available at the nursery or for local delivery because of their size.

Ordering

Online

Most of our plants can be ordered online. We accept credit and debit cards, PayPal and Afterpay.

By phone

You can order during business hours on 03 5348 3351. Orders for delivery are paid when you place them. Orders for collection can usually be paid when you pick them up; for collection orders over $250 we may ask for a deposit.

Pre-orders

Pre-orders are paid when you order, unless you're collecting them. See our Pre-orders page.

Confirmation

We confirm orders by email where we can. If you haven't given us an email address, your order is confirmed unless we contact you. If you order online and don't receive a confirmation, please contact us.

Additions

We can add to your order until it has been prepared for shipping or collection, and we'll combine shipping where possible.

Pricing errors

If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price, we may cancel orders for it and refund any payment in full.

Size and quality

Plant sizes vary with the variety and the season. We send the best plants we have available when we prepare your order.

Shipping

We aim to dispatch orders within 7 days, though this can vary in busy periods; pre-orders have their own time frames. We'll email tracking details when your order ships.

Destinations

We ship to Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia, the ACT and Tasmania. We don't ship to Western Australia, the Northern Territory or outside Australia. Biosecurity rules mean some plants can't be sent to some states, and orders outside Victoria may need an inspection and certificate, which can add a little time.

Pot sizes

We ship plants in pots up to 200 mm. Plants taller than about 1 m can't go by Australia Post; these are marked on the product page and are available for collection or local delivery.

Tasmania

A $15 Biosecurity Tasmania treatment and documentation fee is included in the shipping cost.

Collecting your order

You can collect from the nursery at 3734 Midland Hwy, Eganstown, 7 days a week from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm (4:00 pm in winter). Choose collection at checkout and we'll let you know when your order is ready.

Please collect within 14 days of our message. If an order isn't collected by then, we may cancel it, return the plants to stock and refund what you've paid.

Gift cards

Gift cards are valid for 5 years from the date of issue and can be used on any of our products. Physical gift certificates are posted for a flat $1.10.
