(KORmonali) Graham Ross AM is a very beautiful hybrid tea rose that will no doubt be a popular choice for cut flower lovers. Its high-centred, lemon-yellow blooms are slightly cupped and have light outer petals. They also have a lovely sweet fragrance, adding to the allure.
This rose produces medium-sized blooms, measuring between 8 to 10 cm in diameter, and appearing either singly or in small clusters. This makes them a particularly good cut flower variety.
Graham Ross exhibits a bushy and rounded growth habit and is clothed in glossy, dark green foliage. It is exceptionally healthy, and also heat-resistant, making it an excellent choice for hot climates.
This rose is named after Australia’s most awarded horticulturist, Graham Ross. Graham is a highly respected figure in the Australian horticulture industry, known for his extensive knowledge and passion for gardening. He is best known as the host of the television show Better Homes and Gardens.
Graham has received numerous honours as a result of his contributions to the horticulture industry and wider community. These significantly include the prestigious Gold Veitch Memorial Medal from the Royal Horticultural Society in 2011, and his appointment as a Member of the Order of Australia (AM) in 2019.
