Heuchera 'Forever Purple'
'Forever Purple' is a coral bells variety selected for its consistently deep, glossy purple foliage with attractively ruffled and fluted edges. The foliage colour remains vibrant throughout the growing season without fading, providing reliable rich purple tones from spring through autumn. In summer, slender spikes of magenta-pink bell-shaped flowers rise above the foliage to approximately 60 cm, creating an elegant contrast.
Cold-hardy and adaptable, 'Forever Purple' performs equally well in full sun or part shade, though morning sun enhances foliage intensity. It tolerates a wide range of soil conditions provided drainage is adequate and is excellent for containers, borders, edging, and combination plantings where persistent purple foliage is needed as a design anchor.
