Nandina domestica ‘Gulf Stream’   –   Heavenly Bamboo

‘Gulf Stream’ is a hardy, evergreen, low growing shrub with a compact and dense habit. The attractive foliage changes colour seasonally, adding interest to the garden.

New growth emerges a bronze-orange colour in spring, turning green with age but often retains a flush of red-orange. In the cooler months the foliage turns to red, with shades of gold and burgundy.

Ideal for containers, low borders or as a specimen plant.

Grow in a sunny to partly shaded position in well drained soil. Suited to a wide range of soil types and climates. Frost tolerant.
