A form of cotton lavender with fern-like foliage. Santolina rosemarinifolia ‘Primrose Gem’ forms a low mound of finely feathered green foliage and soft lime green billy button flowers through early summer on a small growing shrubby sun loving plant that is drought tolerant. 60cm x 80cm.
